Siberian caviar comes from the Siberian sturgeon (Acipenser baerii). Loved for its buttery notes and complex mineral finish, this delicious caviar offers a clean, creamy aroma that will entice your senses and defy your expectations. Produced here on our farm, caviar is prepared using the traditional “Malossol” method, which means “with a dusting of salt” to enhance the rich and complex flavours for which this caviar is known. Each box of caviar contains the roe from a single fish, harvested at the exact moment of maturity, providing an optimal protein and fat base for marinating.
